Lake Elsinore, California | Mays Family Session

One of the many perks of being a photographer is being welcomed into a family's life to document their history as it's happening.

Nearly four years ago, I had a wonderful time photographing Robert & Taly's charming backyard wedding in Lake Elsinore, California.  I finally was able to catch up with them again last month for a shoot with their beautiful twin girls, Anabella & Summer who are turning 3 very soon.

We drove down a few streets from his house into a big beautiful field that I love using for sessions. It's a hidden treasure really that everyone passes by without giving it a second glance. Here are some of my favorite captures from that afternoon...

Una de las muchas ventajas de ser una fotógrafa es ser acogida en la vida de una familia para documentar su historia mientras sucede. 

Hace casi cuatro años, lo pasé maravilloso fotografiando la boda encantadora de Robert & Taly en Lake Elsinore, California. Por fin, el mes pasado tuve la oportunidad de encontrarme con ellos de nuevo para una sesión de fotos cerca su casa con sus dos niñas gemelas adorables, Anabella y Summer que pronto cumplirán 3 añitos.

^ Anabella decided it was a good idea to chop off her bangs three days before our shoot. It was a bold fashion statement, but I think she pulls it off pretty well. Don't you?

I always like to make sure I get some nice shots of Mom and Dad alone so they can enjoy some romantic moments between just the two of them.
